  1. How can I register my organization as a member of Cors Club?

Simply fill out and submit the registration form and our team will assist you further to onboard your organization as a member.__

  1. What is the duration of Cors Club Membership?

One year from the date of registration.__

  1. How can I renew the Membership?

Your membership will get renewed by default. The only formality required would be contract renewal. Our team will assist you for the same.__

  1. What if I make an annual payment?

Great. With annual payment, you have to pay only for 11 months. That means, one month for free.__

  1. What if I fail to make payment on due date?

No worries. We have allotted 5 days from the due date, as a grace period to make the payment.__

  1. What if I am not able to avail all the allotted services and benefits with in a year?

We completely understand that and therefore without any hassle, all the remaining services will get carried forward at the time of next year's membership renewal.__

  1. What if I want a plan customized to my organization's needs?

All the membership plans are customizable as per your need. Contact the support team @ 63673-80329 to design a plan that fits your organization's needs.__

  1. How can I avail the services as a member organization?

You may avail any of the services listed under you membership plan just by getting in touch with your Dedicated Account Manager.__

  1. Is there any capping on the services listed in my membership plan?

Yes, there is a quarterly & half yearly capping on recruitment, training, engagement & wellness services.__

  1. As a member what is the process of organizing any training, engagement or wellness program for our employees?

As a part of the process, you just need to intimate your Account Manager at least 15 days in advance to make it possible at our end.__

  1. How can I make monthly payment?

You may pay via RTGS/NEFT, UPI, or Cheque. In case of any query please contact your Account Manager.__

  1. Who will bear the cost of any outbound program or session?

In case of conducting any of the programs or sessions out of the office, any cost for the venue, food, sound and projection system etc. will be borne by the member organization.__

  1. How can our HR team participate in any of the HR Meet-Ups?

As a member organization, you will receive an invite for the upcoming HR Meet-Ups. You can nominate delegates from your company's HR team by filling up the form and making a nominal payment as a nomination fee.__

  1. How can I cancel my membership?

You can easily opt-out of the membership just by intimating your Account Manager. Our services will stop at the completion of the month for which the last payment is made.
In the case of an annual paid member refund will be made for the balance months of the membership cycle and One month fee waiver benefit will be revoked for the purpose of calculating the refund amount.__
